Inefficient and time-consuming to find relevant content for emerging phishing threats in order to run a phishing campaign.

My Role

• Work collaboratively with PM and visual design team to understand the scope and requirements for building AI chatbot experience.

• Design an interactive chat experience using the AI agent that would automatically recommend content and run phishing simulation.

The Solution

Reduce time spent in analyzing phishing threats and automatically recommending simulation campaigns using generative AI capabilities.

Measuring Success:

• Run a customer satisfaction survey, rating 3.5 out of 5.

• Track feature clicks to measure usage, 2500 feature clicks in last 180 days.
